Arthritis & Orthopedic disorders are correlated with Vata Rogas, which are considered a form of Maharoga according to Ayurveda Samhitas. Sandhigata Vata (osteo arthritis) and Ama Vata (rheumatoid arthritis) are different types of arthritis. Conditions such as Grudhrasi (sciatica) Avabhahuka (frozen shoulder) and Kati Graha (ankylosis spondylitis) are categorised under orthopedic diseases.
Adhitya Ayurveda works on specific arthritis treatments to treat patients suffering from symptoms like pain, stiffness & swelling in the joints, redness of the joints, fever, thirstiness, loss of appetite, and heaviness in the body, etc.

Meditation reduces stress and increases your sense of well-being. It also increases your sense of connectedness and empathy and helps to reduce physical and emotional pain.
